First (about 30-40 minutes before dinner), start the rice out (use the recipe on the bag of rice) I find that the family likes the rice a lot more when I put the salt and butter on it. While the rice boils, put a bit of olive oil into a metal sauce pan. Put the cumin in it and heat it. Then open the pinto beans, and put them into the pan, mash them with a potato masher and add the water. Let it heat for about 20 minutes or whatever. Grate the cheese now. Put everything on the table and make the family build their own burritos. 25 minutes and my family can eat it as often as twice a week.
