Vegetarian Chili (from Laruie Devine the birdwatching mom vegetarian)
Ingredients

4 lg onion chopped fine

1 lg green pepper chopped

3 tbs oil

1 tbs mustard seed

1 tbs chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin seed
- 1 tsp unseetened cocoa
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 16 oz can of peeled tomato
- 3 16 oz cans of kidney
- 1 cup water
- 12 oz of tomato paste
Steps
Fry vegatables in oil, til soft not brown (20 minutes). Add
mustard/leave 3 minutes. Add all. Cook 30 - 60 minutes until thick.
Garnish w/green onion, cheddar cheese, cucumber.
